VistaFAQ.us Us hurt it a little but VistaFAQ is a very good name!

How can there be no TM problems? Wouldn't having a trade marked word in your url force the company to go after you because of tm law? Maybe someone could explain this. I missed out on antivista.com because I didn't want to get sued

I do not think so!
Vista is a word!
If somebody trademarked world, then nobody can not use the term world?

Vista or Vista software could possibly decide to come after him but they both say they're still considering a suit against Microsoft.
