I am selling a 100% fully customized/fully developed website. I have spent roughly 150 hours on this project to creat a professional yet fun look to attract customers/guest/members. I also did endless tweaking,hacking and modifications to the script to achieve this look. The site already has 50 articles and is ready for marketing. Being a new site, there are no stats. The bulk of my time was in development. I havent had the chance to do any marketing. This is a great site. One of the better sites that i have created. I can't commit anymore time to it because I am running a sports forum that has been getting an explosive amount of hits and members..

The script is from phpclassifieds. I did a complete hack to get the look and feel. Its completely automated. You can add new categories, articles in a second. The source of income would be generated from advertising being an informational site. Everything is set and ready to go
