www.sitelake.com is a web hosting website. Still running nicely. Google PR is 4/10 (expected to increase to 7/10 in a month because I've paid for 4800 high quality backlinks). Listed in Alexa as well.

on its income, expenses and the number of customers rather

Me too, impossible to appraise the site on the information provided. A pr4 domain, related to hosting with active backlinks would be at least low $xxx I guess. The value of the site is far more related to the revenue it generates though.
