The only possible use for this domain is a web hosting directory for hosting providers in India as it's fairly good for SEO due to it's keywords with high OVT.

Erm, what do you mean 'fair'? The domain is long, hyphenated and is a country specific extension. I am sorry but you won't be getting rich of selling this domain name, there is no real value in the domain on its own at present, unless it has pr or revenue from somewhere.

As mentioned before - The hyphens don't help it at all. Hyphens are fine for SEO most times but generally are used to redirect traffic towards another site / domain owned already. It is very hard to brand on a hyphenated domain (Try to think of an easy way to advertise it on the radio ) and one of the exceptions would be something like www.m-w.com , But of course people are going to visit Merriam-Webster sites anyway because They already have an established name in their industry.
