Why would the seller of a Premium.com domain have it listed for only $1. This name is a minimum $xxx, xxx - x,xxx, xxx. I thought about offering $60. HEHEHE :sold:

The name has lots of offers, he or she must be a smartass.

More offers on Sedo seem to influence it's placement when sorted by quality and would definitely influence it's placement when sorted by bids (because more people will make offers). On top of that, it'll be one of the first names when sorted by price because the price is the minimum possible. And seeing as the domain is being seen by more people, it will most likely influence it's traffic as well, resulting in more favorable placements in all categories.

Basically, it's a way of getting more exposure for your domain.

How is it possible to list a name for $1, I thought the minimum sedo allows is $60 listings?

As did I (and it won't let you place a bid on it under $60).

With a name this good, I guess Sedo is happy to let it be listed for whatever price the owner wants it listed for.

True, but in the end what's the point.. A Lot of low ball offers...?

It may help in some sections ON sedo that rank by Amount Of Bids, and get's threads like this one.

I wonder if this is listed by a broker? The "seller" has 5 bars and the for sale landing page looks a bit different with about a 200x200 banner.

It is listed for $1 http://sedo.com/search/details.php4?domain=ticket.com&tracked=&partnerid=&language=us

The domain is listed for sale for $1.
More out of curiosity than anything else, I did go to sedo and entered a lowball figure -- $20.
Received a message that the minimum acceptable bid is $60.

Clearly, the plural is infinitely worth :$: more ... and I am always suspect of things like this - could it simply be some advance "PR" ahead of the Traffic Show later in the month? :| :red:

Looks like it's been added to the GeoDomain Expo auction with a reserve of $3.35m! D-:

Great research, Prague! :gl:

PS. This singular domain ... in the current environment ... is probably worth only 1% of its actual Traffic "reserve" (ie., $25,000 - $33,500+/-), IMHO.
