Hi, I am new to domains, and I was just wondering: how do you get money from parking domains? Is it by the number of unique hits you get? And if so, how much money do you get from each hit?

Thx, I would appreciate it if somebody would clear this up for me!

you only get money for clicks on the ad? hm, I thought you could make money from just getting unique hits... Well anyway, I guess you can't click them? Is there a limit of the number of times an IP address can click on the ad?

What is the best PPC for parked domains, in your opinion?

In my experience, NameDrive offers much better CTR rates and much more unique visitors as compared to Sedo. Might have something to do with the fact that ND's parking pages are so much better than Sedo's.

Namedrive is better for rates and their site layout is good.

So could i put a parked domain up in the npclicks, and then get a lot of money, since I would get a lot of traffic and NameDrive would buy the domain?

And also, are .be's eligible?

do not click on your own ads. Most places would ban you for that.
There's a forum here on Parking/PPC that's worth a read.

There isn't one parking place that is better across the board; you really need to try parking some things here, some there and see what's best. After about a month, try moving the ones that aren't doing well at one place to another.
Unlike others, I have found that the pay rates are about the same for NameDrive and Sedo as far as how much you get paid per click for whichever keywords. But that naturally will depend on the types of domains you have.

The difference between DomainSponsor and Sedo is that DS does pay for traffic as well as clicks, which can be significant if you have a really high traffic domain ($2/1000). They seem to have a bit less CTR though than Sedo does, but the ads pay better per click. DS, unlike Sedo, requires a certain qualified domain portfolio and you have to be accepted there. Fabulous, which is like DS, has a 100 domain minimum or if you have less and high quality traffic domains, they might let you in with that. Sedo doesn't require any minimum or really much of anything to join. I haven't tried NameDrive, will look into that. Sedo has a min payment of $20, DS has a min payment of $50.

Most money made, unless you have a really high end traffic domain, is development and then perhaps Google or YPN ads, rather than parking, but it never hurts to keep them there and make a couple extra bucks while you are waiting to do something with them.
