A little help

I am trying to install an album hack for my forum, but when i run the install file im getting the error

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'bhoyfo_phpbb1'@'localhost' (using password: NO) in /home/bhoyfo/public_html/forum/db/mysql4.php on line 48

Im stumped, ive been trying to figure it out for ages, ive googled it, checked the makers site, searched the makers site ect.
