A little help please

Greetings to one and all,

OK i was doing some searching on a domain i have f1x (not .com) and have since found out that there is a huge complex in Dubai called f1-x theme park so my question is will my domain infringe on a TM???

Also there is another couple of sites one that deals in motor sport exhausts and another in local TV can't think for the life of me why f1x will have anything to do with TV but that's not my problem,

I only found these as i was searching for potential end users.
So will i have any problems with contacting any of them with regards to a sale?
