A Good Script for Clipart/Avatars Website

Iam looking to develop a few websites with avatars and clipart for Gravatar.
What would be a good script or cms + template. I have a Mid-Sized budget, So give me some Ideas.

The Closest in design and implementation would be avatarist, cept for the cude design
