when will I be able to hand register it?

its a domain with zero competition from others, just want to know how soon I can register it

Around 31 days from the end of the bargain bin. Or better 5 days after the beginning of the pending delete status.
Why didn't you register from Godaddy if it's an interesting domain for you?
