A Dreadful Experience

Hey,

Just thought i'd post my experience on a certain hosting company, and with any luck people will see this and stay clear.

A while back i decided to sell up my hosting company, i was offered a year of hosting by rackfirm.com for my company and its clients. (The reseller account was custom)

Now i'm normally quite lenient with web hosts, i don't often need that much support from them, only if something goes wrong or if it needs fixing. In total i've had 9 tickets with them, now i dont think thats too much to ask, however my latest ticket, which is still unanswered is a joke. I have been waiting 2 weeks now for any form of result!

Boy im getting tired of submitting these damn tickets :(

I try to add parked domains to beaver6813.com one of my main accounts on my reseller and it says that they have been parked on the site... but then it doesn't appear on the parked domains page and redirects to the rackfirm.com site... try beaver6813.net or beaver123.com :(

73 hrs 7 mins You have one more chance to sort this out before i go public and report my experiences to other people. This is an absolutely disgusting service.

At this moment in time the timer is at 2 weeks 19 hrs 36 mins, now i dont mind if they are busy, if they have a wedding or if they are having a all night party, but running a business and not resolving a trouble ticket within at least 72 hours is disgusting.

This isn't a company, its shambolic.

Rant Over. Stay away from Rackfirm.

Thats terrible, I would never give host my site with a company that only has one employee who goes to wedding parties and leaves the site for dead
