A Design I'm thinking about

Hey I'm looking for a new design for a site of mine and I've encountered withe this site recently, for an organization that collects financial assistance for Infertile women, and I thought maybe I could use a resemble layout. Please take a look and tell me if you think it's possible to design something like that with using a tutorial.
