A design I'm thinking about

Hey I'm looking for a new design for a site of mine and I've encountered withe this site recently, it's for a local Christian children shop, and I thought why not use the same layout and style. could you take a look? please tell me if you think it's possible to design something like that with using a tutorial.

I don't think its a good idea to "copy" another sites design, however I also think the design is very cluttered.

no...copying is not the idea, because there are many layout's and I really like this one.
but you mean that this one is messed up so I'll think about something else.
