A coupla questions about managing a "NP Social Group" here...

I created a Social Group here over a year ago.

The Chicagoland Domainers/Developers Social Group.

Couple Questions...

It looks as if the only way a member can join my group is only by me sending an invite?
Is that correct?
or is there a link I can give out to people who want to join without me sending out the invite?

and if members have not set up the Social Group to display in their User CP, then they will have no way to see the last Post within the group, so is there a way for me to send out a bulk type pm to everyone in the group...rather than send a pm to everyone out individually, 15x???

People can join your group by going

Community -> Groups -> search for your group -> Click "Join Group"

or you could link to the group, to find the link to your group search for it.
