All sites are template based and come with their own template. They are niche sites. All use mod_rewrite for very seo-friendly URL's. Please note that this could mean high spikes of search engines activity on the site. You should take this into account when planning for hosting for these sites.

I played around with this for a while, so it already got some registered users and some domains up for appraisal.
Turnkey description:
The website allows visitors rate or appraise domains posted by owners interested in their value or those who may be offering the domains for sale. The posts are detailed with descriptions, categories, current appraisal value and contact forms. Visitors can also contact the owners to make an offer on the domains.
Domain owners can also list their domains for free. After someone has registered, he/she is able to add as many domains as they like to be appraised. They will also receive email if anyone has an offer for their domains.
Users can only rate the domains once. There are sections for MOST RATED, HIGHEST RATED, and NEWEST DOMAINS.
