Casino.ro was sold for 253,268 USD on 2018-10-09 i think BIN via SEDO.com .
Far as i know this is the highest sale for a .RO ( and also one of bigest ccTLD sale ). No doubt keyword "casino" have great demand also in Romania , but in my opinion they are 3 option here:
1. Buyer will not pay
2. Is a fake bid
3. Laundry money
Maybe i mistake & possible that a foreign company with activities in Romania acquire this domain but for a romanian company no chance , they are not spent money this kind of money for a domain even if is Casino.ro
In Romania gambling industry is huge every corner have a unit with bet sport/slot machine but as i say no excuse this price for this domain
Will see what happen in future with this domain

I wouldn't be surprised in the near future this site becomes a big online casino in Romania.
