I just received an offer for this domain name for mid $XXX. Is this a good offer for the domain name including the logo design? Should I sell the domain name?

Thinking of developing a simple job boards for the site if i decide not to sell the domain. What do you guys think?

An offer of mid - high xx$ would be great for such a domain so any offers in the xxx$ range should be accepted right away especially if it only has low traffic. Are you only selling the domain or does the sale also include the content?
