Highly brandable for sure, on a cold estimation i find this going for $7k - $10k on an auction, and reselling to the right client might worth a lot more.

It doesn't read correctly, "rental.solutions" would be grammatically correct. Plus only 4 .solutions sales on namebio, none in the past year

These two plural keywords rentals + solutions don't go well together.
Also VacationRentals sold for that price because it's a great name and it's in .com

I disagree with you..cuz "rentals" has more value than "rental"
www.rental.com FWD to --> www.rentals.com

tons plural domains are taken

properties(.)solutions Taken
houses(.)solutions Taken
homes(.)solutions Taken
cars(.)solutions Taken
autos(.)solutions Taken
loans(.)solutions Taken
vacations(.)solutions Taken
etc .etc. etc

and

www.donuts.domains - plural.plural
Just because names are taken doesn't make them great. Obviously a company listing rentals wants the plural, it's about context and phrasing. Unless your company is "rentals inc", then it makes more sense to have the singular before solutions

Donuts owns the the .domains extension so donuts .domains is only valuable to Donuts itself.
These two plural keywords rentals + solutions don't go well together.

Same opinion here.

I really dont get the high valuations.

The two words dont add up together. First of all, it would be rental solutions. Rentals solutions sounds wrong.
Then, it would be a solution to a problem. I assume the problem is that people need a place to rent, so it would be somebody offering places to rent. In my opinion, the .solutions is more for the IT industry.

Looking at namebio, I only see 4 .solutions sales in 2 years. That means there is no adoption. I would take any offer you get and not be blindsided by the high valuations. The facts tell a different story imo.

I agree that "Rentals Solutions" is not the best wording. It is awkward grammatically .
Rental.Solutions would be a lot better brand in my view.

I think the plural rentals works in certain cases like MiamiRentals.com. It even would work in new extensions like Miami.Rentals or Rentals.Miami, but as a brand I am just not seeing it.

A couple other things -

Just because a domain is taken does not mean it has value. There are many bad domains that are registered and are worthless.

Also, all the comp sales you listed are irrelevant. They are all basically keywords followed by .COM, which is not the format your domain is in. The more relevant comparison is .Solutions sales, and as others have pointed out there are not many.
