Ok, so tell me what you think.
I receive this email from 888: (Notice the dates and times)
Ok, no problem right? Wrong! The tracking code mentioned is one of my Pacific Poker tracking codes not Casino-on-Net.
So whats the big deal? Well 888's T&C specificly states if you have set your tracking codes to the incorrect link, tuff titty for you, you wont be paid.
Hmmm, this could be a system error, I'll have them check my links.
```````````````````
I thought this should answer some questions, but Noooooooo.
This is their reply:
Ohhhhh, a problem in the system, just ignore it. Hmmmm, I dont think so, lets see what this problem might be, since it concerns the source implementation of my earnings.
So I reply:
Still being cool, just want some answers.
They reply:
Yea, this helps a little, very little.
Now I'm starting to heat up.
I respond:
Now this should get me some answers for sure, right? Ahhhh, you guessed it.
Their reply: Eran again... seems to have stepped in it, and now wants to wipe it off on me....
Ok, teflon answer,huh? Screw these wipes, adios
And here we are. I intend on keeping my word.
Peace,
Cyberian
````````````````Hello 888,
I'm confused here, that code shows for Pacific Poker CPA not Casino-on-Net.
Could you please check my sites for errors in tracking code placement. I have redesigned my sites and only use 888 banners and links, but I'm still not getting and signups. Some help here would be appreciated, since if I'm not earning, that means WE are not earning.
My sites using only 888 banners and links:
http://TexasHoldemWinners.com
http://ThunderBlackjack.com
http://ThunderCasino.com
http://ThunderCraps.com
http://ThunderRoulette.com
http://ThunderSlots.com
Thank you for any and all help in resolving this.
Regards,
Ken Parks

I'm sorry for the previous email.
It seems that it was a problem in our system and you can ignore the email.
Thank you,

Ohhhhh, a problem in the system, just ignore it. Hmmmm, I dont think so, lets see what this problem might be, since it concerns the source implementation of my earnings.
So I reply:
`````````````````````````````Hello Eran,
Thanks for your response.
I also asked that someone from 888 please go to my sites and check to be sure my codes are properly installed on the correct banners and text links.
I cannot understand why I am not getting signups. 888 is the only affiliate I am currently using for these sites. I have installed your stand alone games to entice people to join. This is very discouraging.
Please lend me a hand here. Your records show 160 visitors, 8 demo players, and 0 depositing players since Feb.
Your T&C:
If during the term of this Agreement you wish to place the Links on Web sites other than those Web sites which you have previously reported to Cassava and which Cassava have approved ("Alternative Sites"), you shall be obligated to request and receive Cassava’s permission for the placement of the Links on Alternative Sites. You may not modify a Link, unless you have received prior written consent from Cassava to do so. In the event that we determine that your use of any Link is not in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we shall be entitled to take such measures as to render inoperative the Links used by you.
I need to know if my setup is correct and that I am getting proper recognition from the sites listed in my last email (listed below).
http://TexasHoldemWinners.com
http://ThunderBlackjack.com
http://ThunderCasino.com
http://ThunderCraps.com
http://ThunderRoulette.com
http://ThunderSlots.com
My tracking codes:
xxxxxx Pacific Poker CPA
xxxxxx Pacific Poker CPA
xxxxxx Casino-on-Net CPA
xxxxxx Casino-on-Net CPA
xxxxxx Casino-on-Net CPA
Since you are having problems in your system:
Please confirm all links are correct and being recorded into my account and indicate to me any that are not as well as any of the listed sites not confirmed as associated so that I may implement any needed changes.
Thank you.
Kenneth D. Parks
Still being cool, just want some answers.
They reply:
``````````````````````````````Hi Kenneth,
I went ahead and checked your links and they all seem to be working properly. I also asked our traffic department to look into your statistics and there doesn’t seem to be a glitch in the system. Thus, unfortunately, I don’t have an answer as to why your traffic is not converting in to real players.
If you know of a particular player that you believe registered and made a deposit, you may send me his/her user name and email. What I’ll do is run a player verification check and tell you the reason why this player does not appear in your stats.
Hope this helps a little. Let me know if there are other questions or matters with which I can assist you.
Best,
Dee Schechter
Yea, this helps a little, very little.
Now I'm starting to heat up.
I respond:
````````````````````````````Hello Dee,
Thank you for your response and for taking the time to check my links, I do appreciate it but when you say they seem to be working correctly, this is not very assuring.
The problem I'm having is with this reply:
Ken,
I'm sorry for the previous email.
It seems that it was a problem in our system and you can ignore the email.
Thank you,
Eran.
This is far to simplistic an answer and hard to ignore since this is not the first time I have received system error messages from your company and am now wondering how this has affected my earnings.
I cannot specifically give you the names of any converted players, however my webmaster informs me, and my cPanel stats confirm, steady increases in traffic over the past months, yet according to your records, lower number of visitors to the casinos.
As of now your system may be repaired, but for how long has your system associated my tracking codes with the wrong partner and therefore not processing my earnings?
These are valid questions and deserve proper investigation, wouldn't you agree?
I would like absolute verification that my traffic has been processed correctly by your system over the past months, and that I have not been a victim of miscalculation due to these errors.
I have dedicated a considerable amount of time and money building these sites and designed them with 888 as the only affiliate program.
Again I thank you for your time, and hope to have this issue resolved in a timely and friendly manner.
Regards,
Kenneth D. Parks
Now this should get me some answers for sure, right? Ahhhh, you guessed it.
Their reply: Eran again... seems to have stepped in it, and now wants to wipe it off on me....
````````````````````````Ken,
I never stated that out systems do not track your players correctly.
I have no idea why do you think like that based on my email.
What I stated is that the original email below was sent by one of our departments to you by mistake.
There is no slight relation to non-working links.
Dee checked your links and believed that they are working. This means that every link she could find was correct and working properly.
The "seem to be working" means that the links she did check - work.
Regards,
Eran.
Ok, teflon answer,huh? Screw these wipes, adios
``````````````````````````````Goodbye Eran,
Please try to see this from my point of view.
I receive a notice that one of my tracking codes has expired.
In this notice the tracking code in question is described by your team as my Casino-on-Net tracking code: xxxxxx, when in fact tracking code: xxxxxx is a Pacific Poker tracking code.
Now this is a problem, correct?
When I ask for verification of this, I get your simple answer.
No, you did not state that your system does not track my players correctly.
No, you did not state the email was sent by one of your departments by mistake.
No, you did not mention any slight relation to non working links.
You said, "It seems that it was a problem in our system and I can ignore the email."
Excuse me, but when your system reflects my tracking code incorrectly, I cannot ignore the email.
The fact that they may be tracking correctly now does not affirm they have been tracking correctly in the past.
If you dont see a problem here, then we a nowhere near a resolution.
This being the case, thank you for nothing short of a runaround, cancel my account and good bye.
You can be assured I will post this exchange with your "support" word for word in every forum in which I am a member.
Very Sincerely,
Ken Parks
And here we are. I intend on keeping my word.
Peace,
Cyberian
