However, every combination with apps/applications is gone! (And lots of them are developed into cool websites)

The same happened with me last time. I had one good domain with word 'Google' in it, but the people here explained me, that it's a problem and then from the Google's forum I got the same answer. And I decided to delete it, because sounds like a big risk. I hate to risk.

No way Amigo!!! I am not deleting my domain.... Not over my dead body. There are dozens of active websites with the keyword "android" in their URL. That's not stopping them from doing business!
