Hi guys!

I'm new in domain name industry and need your expertise and experience to value my 3 domains. I've use estibot, valuate and sedo to value these domains using their own technique. But, as i read about domains here and there, i've learned that a domain is better to be appraised by using experience and knowledge, which i lack of. Thus, I would like to seek advises from you guys. My domains are:

1) Evaluator.co
Possible use in domain appraisal field. lol. Might also consider to be used in Real Estate, Bank Financing stuff

2) Disguised.me
No specific reason, but I kinda like it. lol. Possible to be targeting Mascot, Cosplay or party related niche, like clown etc.

3) FenceNYC.com
Experimenting on geo- based domain. Possible use maybe for NYC based fencing sport fans. Secondary usage maybe for company, selling garden fences, gate, supply landscaping fence etc. Not sure the CPC accuracy, but when I googled "Fence NYC", there are advertisers. Good enough. Lol.

Can you guys give me ideas on the domain price range, based on your expertise? and If any of them is good, is it worth to be promoted by using premium service such Flippa Ultra?

you want to promote your domain by using flippa ultra premium? don't do that.. sounds like you want to lost your money. I did that before but not for dragonsdance.com ..

sorry your domain not worthy anything ..
just drop fencenyc/com disguesd/me.. you may only hold evaluator/co at this time. i see the value but not too much.

Indeed, Flippa Ultra is expensive. But, if the return is great, it worth a shot.

How far is the accuracy of Sedo, Estibot and Valuate appraisal? Have you experienced selling domain, more than its value as appraised by them?
