Seeking your expertise in appraising the domain Spotlyt.com

I'm planning to start an internet services using this domain but for some personal reason it got delayed, then some few days ago someone offer me $1k+ for the domain and told me they were going to use the domain for their start-up company.

I would sell it for $1000. No doubt about it.

A start-up can be a one man operation or a big corporation, so don't know how much money they are willing to spend on a domain. But I'm willing to guess that they have more to spend, based on the fact that this is their first offer and that they've decided to go with SpotLyt as their exact brand. Unless they change their brand name, or go with a lesser tld, they're probably very interested in buying your domain.

With that said, I think $1K is a reasonable offer for that domain. If you lose out on this deal, you may not see another offer for a long time. Go with your feelings on this one.
