8 hrs a day at 0.90 an hr? Make PROFIT!?!

So, im in contact with a company who charges 0.90 an hr to work 8 hrs a day 6 days a week.. these guys are NOT native english.. Some of their skills are SEO, wordpress etc.. They will also do whatever I tech them to do. ( For example, I have to send them a blue print of what I need them to do and they will learn). But I am having some serious trouble in learning how to make profit from these. Im trying to think creative but im having a lot of problems. Do you guys have any ideas on how I can make money with this contact?

Firstly, for that price you won't get a good SEO service. It's just not possible.

Secondly, $0.90 on a 48 hour week would be $43.20 a month. Pay them a little more and you might find you get a better service.

Thirdly, avoid creating Wordpress sites. Do they have any coding skills? You're better off creating sites using base coding languages e.g. HTML, PHP, Java. Think of a proper business idea and see whether they can actually deliver. In all liklihood, if they are willing to work at this price, they are either chronically underselling themselves or they don't have the skills to justify a more reasonable fee.

You stated;

meaning, you are paying them $7.20 per day.

If you hiring them for 6 days, that is:

$7.20 x 6 = $43.20

I believe the math is sound.

Not trying to question your morality for paying this wage (by the way), I was just pointing out potential flaws and what to consider when moving forward with this company, which is effectively answering your opening post.

I just can't think of any task that will need a substandard action. If you want our company to move forward then maybe you can connect with freelancers or companies who charges more but have a really good reputation in providing top notch service.

meaning, you are paying them $7.20 per day.

If you hiring them for 6 days, that is:

$7.20 x 6 = $43.20

$43 per week ~ Rs 8000 per month in Indian Rupee. Its the salary many non-IT graduates start around during their initial days.

That is a pretty decent amount specially when you consider that living expenses in 3rd tier cities are not that costly. You hardly would spend more than a $ per day for food and clothing in most cities (except the big ones).

And if you are just a student and have an internet connection that you are sharing with 10-15 people or you are working on your school / college computer then it can give you a decent income. Or they could even be people who are just starting and want to learn the tricks at your cost.

Its tough to get experienced I-T people at this rate. But these are people who might have basic computer knowledge and can do manual tasks (creating blogs, updating them, commenting etc). Provided you know what you are doing and you can exactly tell them what they should be doing.

And don't look through the first world eye. There is nothing immoral in paying that "low" amount specifically when multiplied it turns out into a decent amount.

Note - If you are not planning on hiring them, could you share their details. I could surely make use of them.
