I understand taps are called faucets in the USA but not here in the UK they are called taps

Just either find end users for these, which may be a bit of a hard bit as this is such a very tight niche.
Or develop each as an amazon site, affiliate site, etc.
And then sell as a site (probably the best option)

I would say reg fee at best.

Thanks for your comments - @johname .co.uk isnt a must in the UK may companies operate on the .com

@iowadawg - I have a few endusers I would target also before I build them out but your right amazon site prob best.
