772 uniques in 20 hrs

I just added one of my domains on sedo, changed name servers to sedo parking.

I used to use that domain for one of the free web hosting service and I shutdown the hosting service an year before but never put my domain on domain parking because i was thinking that search engines will start ignoring the domain name.

Yesterday, I put the domain on sedo and found it got 772 uniques in 20hrs.

Can you please tell me how can I utilize this traffic. I guess, it will be 30000 uniques in a month.

Well, if it is targeted trafic for hosting, then you can try with some hosting affiliate program. It will probably work better than usual parking method..

I guess, it is not targeted traffic for hosting because i used to provide webhosting service on subdomains like something.domainname.com therefore I guess the actual traffic is coming from subdomains and there were hundreds of subdomains with different types of websites.

Sedo is showing 1,188 uniques now. (500 uniques since I started the thread). About 97% traffic from USA.

I am not able to convert the traffic properly because it is not making great @ sedo. I guess most of the people visiting the domain are not interested in web hosting.

I am going to park the domain @ Name Drive as suggested by larryharlow so I think people won't see any increase in Sedo stats.
