Good Article! I have started noticing a trend in how to get traffic to your sites. IE article submission, viral marketing, newsletters, etc... Is there any other ways out there?

I don't use article marketing as much anymore, cause it tends to be a hassle submitting them all. I find that some social bookmarking traffic can be easy to get however, it's not always quality traffic.

The best 'social' method I can think of at the moment is blog commenting, if the blogs are relevant you can get huge traffic, especially if that blog is somewhat popular.

For example, a blog post regarding "skateboarding".

I may comment (after thoroughly reading the article) and leave a positive response, usually a few lines. Finally at the end I may write something like, you might enjoy something similar (link to site) or I might write something like, "Cheers, Eric from (site here)
