Content is King
On the internet, people are searching for one thing....... Content! Load your website with as much content as possible. Then, continuously add content. Search engines love information and they will love your site if you've got lots of it. There's plenty of free content for the taking on the internet. You can load up your site with articles from article directories like ezinearticles.com.

Affiliate Programs
An affiliate program is critical to maximum traffic and sales. Lots of internet marketers don't take advantage of this powerful traffic-generating technique. An affiliate program allows you to have your own personal salesman spread all over the web. The best part about it is that there is absolutely no risk involved but tons of traffic and sales to gain. Your website simply cannot grow to its full potential without an effective affiliate program.

I would like to add a few more tips-

1. Word of mouth is probably the best and the most effective way to get traffic to your site.

2. Reciprocal links is another popular method which you can use to gain traffic to your business website. Before starting your reciprocal links strategy, make sure you determine the keywords you want to use for your main index page.

3. Give the visitors a free entry into a contest on your site. The prizes for the winners should be something of interest or value. Most people who enter the contest will revisit your web site to get the results.

Tip - How do you get traffic to your website?

There are hundreds of ways to do this.

Here is one you don’t see everyday and has generated a nice income for me!

It requires no work at all and it’s free!!!!

It's not an autosurf or surf exchange program. It's a toolbar application.

You simply install this little toolbar in your msn or firefox browser and everytime you open your browser and surf the web, you get ad credits. You can also develop a downline, so when they surf, you get more credits.

Do you have the instant buzz code on your website or do you just use the desktop tool to get credits and then exchange for the traffic.

Most of my sites being sales page websites,,, selling software I do not want to send my visitors away to other sites thus loosing sales.

Same would go for any adsence sites I own I want my visitors to click on the adsence sites to earn from that click and not send them away to another site.

I personally know Mike myself and chat to him all the time on MSN messenger...But have not tried instant buzz now for a long time,, I think I still have my account there lol but need to find my login info,

I think I'll chat to Mike about it some when I meet him next month in Sydney for the Internet marketing Super Conference.

Anyone got any questions they want me to ask Mike,, if so post them here and i'll make a list of them and then reply back with Mikes answers when I get back.

I only use the toolbar. I don't put the hyperads or email sig on anything. I haven't found a compfortable place for them yet.

The toolbar alone is pretty slick though.

Yes, they block a 30% of the pop´s but the other 70% is very
effective. That´s why i´m running a pop-exit system.

Search Engine Submission is outdated and a waste of time.
Link Exchange with Mid/High PR it´s better.
