Use FXCOM15 on fxdomains.com to get .COM domains for $7.64 (ex $0.18c ICANN). There are no quantity limits and the coupon also works for multi-year registrations.

Debit card no, Paypal yes, at least in most countries (some countries are excluded)

This issue should be fixed now. It should now show the US phone number (with +1 prefix) and 'United Stated' for Indonesia (as we do not (yet) have a local support phone number in Indonesia).

Not sure about the exclusion list Unfortunately not something I control. It's easy to test though. Just add something to the cart, visit the cart and see if there is a Paypal option.

You mean into FX or out? And if you say newly, how new? There are ICANN rules that prevent newly registered domains to be transferred out. It depends on the extension but I believe it's something like a 60-day hold period before you can transfer a .COM to another registrar.
