For emails, I have one domain name which got 2 emails I believe from the same person, but different email addresses, both of which were random numbers (lol) .pw and the address wasn't accepting my return email because it doesnt exist or something. This feels like it might be a scam for appraisal fee or something. But there are other domains that I think have actual potential buyers. I got a 950 offer a few months ago

Im wondering if I should just use escrow for these deals or put them on an auction site.
