question 60days transfer lock

Hi guys, i'm new to domains names investing and i'm trying to find this answer on google but it's still not clear in my head and i dont wanna sell anything before i understand this part.

I know that i cant transfer a domain from registrar X to registrar Y before the 60days lock is gone. That's clear!
But can i sell/transfer a domain from registrar X to registrar X if someone buy my domain during the 60days lock? For exemple, i got a domain and i sell it on namecheap marketplace or even here on namepros to other person who have a namecheap account?

Yes, account transfer or "push" is fine but "transfer out" is not during the 60 lock.
