60 day grace period for newly registered domain?

Hi I just bought a bunch of domain names and am interested in flipping them. These are recently expired domains and I just reregistered them. Can I put them up for auction immediatly or do I have to wait for the end of the 2 month grace period before I list them for sale?

If I put them up for auction can I tell the end user I will transfer it as soon as the grace peroiod is over? how do ppl generally deal with this.

You can sell them immediately provided you state that they can only be transferred to another account at the same registrar.
