504 Errors

I'm sure this has been brought up somewhere already, but in recent weeks I've been seeing the Error 504: Gateway time-out page a LOT...

Just wondering if this is a known issue that's being worked on, or...?

Please completely clear your cache and all cookies for NamePros in your browser. That should resolve it. If you still receive a 504 after that, please screenshot the 504 page for us (would be helpful if the screenshot also showed the url in the browser of the error page).

This should be resolved as of this morning, EST. Note that certain search queries are taxing on the database and may time out, as we have strict limits to prevent problems; we're working on speeding things up. In the mean time, try repeating your search roughly 30 seconds later, or remove some of the lesser-used constraints from your search. Also, older data that isn't accessed as often is less likely to be optimized.
