I need a CMS configured/modified. Doesn't necessarily have to be Joomla or PostNuke, but those are two which I'm a little familiar with and know almost all of the features that I require are available as modules/components on them.
I suppose I could do this myself, but due to a lack of time and other commitments I have decided I'd be better off to get someone do this for me.
As mentioned in the thread title - I am willing to pay $500+ (negotiable) to the person who takes the job. On top of this, if this job is completed to satisfactory then you will have the opportunity to work alongside me plus get many more jobs like this thrown at you on a regular basis.

* User login with a profile where the users can have links to thier own sites or reference to how they have interacted on this site itself - ie. recent forum post/ recent uploads, recent purchases/amount spent or number of referrals etc. more details will be given on exact features to potential/serious candidates.
* Forum with various user levels etc. which links to the users profile. I want similar features as here on NP - such as being able to purchase charity ribbons, highlight thread or make thread sticky etc. - for a small price/credit.
* Credit/Payment system - I need a facility where users can buy credits to use on features of the site as mentioned above. They need to be given the option to be able to pay using credit/debit cards or paypal. A suitable payment gateway will be setup of course.
* A photo gallery needs to be intergrated. The users need to have the option to use thier credits to purchase fullsize photo downloads or order prints. Gallery2 by Menalto seems the best option and already has some of these features pre-installed, however I would still need them to be slightly tweaked/ modified etc.
* A few forms will need to be setup for things like getting quotes or making enquiries.
* Banner Management will need to configured. Users can display a banner (on rotation) using credits in thier accounts. Obvious stats need to be recorded - I think both CMS I mentioned above come with this feature anyway, so we'll leave this for now.
* Download tracking + subscription: I will have an area where users can download things for free and I want these downloads to be tracked and displayed (ie. how many times something was downloaded). I also want to allow users to be able to make quaterly/yearly subscriptions to access other download areas. Again, more information on this will be given to potential/serious candidates.
* Shopping Cart feature will also need to be configured/modified. I will have services/products on the site which can be paid for using credit/debit card or paypal or even credits they have previously purchased. I may also need a feature where I can generate and send an invoice to a client; who can then come to the site and enter the invoice number which in turn brings up thier invoice that they can pay for online.

Keep in mind, I don't require you to create a CMS from scratch here... I just need an existing CMS like the ones I've mentioned above or whatever you think is more suitable - to be installed/customised with relevant modules/components etc. Experience with Joomla/PostNuke type CMS is a must. We will discuss time scales later. I do not require graphics/design - all that is in place already.
I want to hear from you if you feel you are up to the job. I will want to see your previous work/portfolio to prove you are serious and have done similar work before. References would be a bonus too but not entirely necessary. I have posted this in other forums and websites.
