This logo is for the company brand of a "Charge Back" help or advice website.

Background:

What's a charge back?

A "Charge Back" is when someone calls up their Bank or Credit Card company (Visa Mastercard)
and tells them that they didn't do a purchase (ie. the credit card was stolen) OR
that they were scammed (they bought X but they were given something else).

Look and Feel of the Logo

So the feel has to be very friendly - but very trustworthy.

Requirements

1) MUST BE A UNIQUE DESIGN
2) Requirements: ICON and/or New Style of Below Text with Icon
3) Vector (psd) so we can make changes in the future and a large png so we can start using it straight away

Suggestions

We already started to create the logo.

We like this font and the design of the text. Feel free to work with this text and add a icon into it or start something new - but close to this concept.

i like the smiling face - I can't really see it so well - but it's a great idea!

My try:

The hole icon represents letter "C", the right part of the icon represents letter "B", in line with that backwards icon which express the "back" part of the logo.
