I like Lost In Translation more than Donnie Darko and I definitely think Terminator 2 should be higher than #32.

The only movie I can think of right now that's missing is Leon (aka The Professional). That is one of my top 3 movies.

T2 is a must. Scarface is good. Always wanted to see Pulp Fiction and Alient, will get around to it sometime.

The sequels that were a bit dissapointing ruined the chance for the matrix to have prestige as a great 'classic' movie in the future.

They should have '50 movies that will make you want to die'

Like...
Ghost Dad
Amazing Grace and Chuck
Starship Troopers
French Kiss
Event Horizon

...oh yeah...Matrix II... almost forgot

34 The Royal Tenenbaums

Royal Tenenbaums. Oh my, people, don't watch this, it's more like a documentary on a family. A unfunny, odd, weird family i may add.

:(

Terminator is good though. :tu:

Seen it alot but meh. :D

I seen most of those. However I can't agree with some on that list...not really MUST see's some of them (like Sexy Beast).

Where is Million Dollar Baby? or Unforgiven (best western ever)

While Manhunter was very good...it's not the calibur of film that Silence of the Lambs was...heck SOTL was an oscar winner!

I think this is a slanted UK list. Anyone wanting to see the best films just watch every oscar best picture nominee. It's a great list. Here are some oscar winners NOT on that list...Lawrence of Arabia, The English Patient, Gangs of New York, and it goes on and on...

And Lady Killers???? Please that wasn't all that good. If you want to add comedy get Woody Allen in there. Am I blind or is there not 1 single Woody Allen film! HERESY! Check out Manhattan Murder Mystery if you want a great laugh.

Here are more I think deserve notice..

Blue Velvet
Blade Runner
Some Like It Hot (1959)
The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou
Rushmore
I Heart Huckabees (recent and very unique)
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (excellent film)
Adaptation (same writer as Eternal Sunshine)
12 Monkeys (my favorite bruce willis and brad pitt film)

I better get some sleep now.
