Description:
A Complete "turnkey" site which just needs traffic to start earning. I had the idea to develop a community in the romance / dating niche but have been occupied with another project - so am looking to move the site on. It's all customized and coded by me, including the custom wordpress theme, custom vbulletin theme and overall site design. The only thing which isn't mine is the character which I paid $40 for someone to design for me.
This site is perfect for anyone who wants to get into this lucrative niche! Even if you are a noob, it's a great place to start.

Established e-commerce site which does not trade any more. The site itself has been totally designed and maintained by me until now - but want to let someone else take it over. It's PR4 and gets around 10 unique's a day from the SE's. I made it in 2005 and was my first .com ever!!! Anyway - I am looking to let someone else take it over and hopefully profit from it's 1.5 years of existence in the SE's with any luck. The site has been geared towards a UK audience but I guess that could easily be changed.

Description:
Entirely custom coded board reviews site which has had some medium success. I coded this a year ago now and have just left it after some minimal promotion on a boarding forum. The site now gets between 10 and 20 unique's a day from the SE's with no promotion and is PR3. It's been designed to be very similar to http://racekites.com which has had huge success and is also designed to "snowball" with users posting their own content.

WARNING: I have hosted sites 2. and 3. with Gisol.com since I created them and me, being a noob back then, registered the domains with GISOL through the control panel. After weeks and weeks of trying to release the domain name with absolutely no success, I have had to resolve to selling both of these sites to the same buyer. They are both in the same niche so it shouldn't matter in that respect, but due to the domains being stuck with Gisol, you will have to use their hosting for the both sites.
That means you have to purchase sites 2. and 3. together. Since this may be a problem, I am willing to negotiate on prices
