It all depends on whether the business wants to build a brand or not

if a business wants to build a brand they could choose a short neat 5 letter .com domain name and make it a brand or

some businesses still prefer to use just the telephone and not have a website at all


and other businesses prefer a one or two keyword .com to gain free organic SEO in Google etc

others won't much care as they will just put their name and trade and phone number on a decent van and their reputation for quality work in their trade will get them too much business
