Hi,

I ask this only because I just came accross a site called dnScoop. I entered my LLL.in domains and I got what seems to be unrealistic values. The following are the domains and what dnScoop says the estimated values are:

mfm.in $10,000

rhb.in $5,250

pmh.in $5,250

rfn.in $1,090

nld.in $10,000

I wish these values were realistic but I doubt it. Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks,

Marc

I can't evaluate any LLL.in because I really don't know the market for .in's .. However I can tell you that I've come accross quite a few available LLL.in just screwing around on namecheaps search.

Just knowing for a fact that I've seen quite a few available I can personally tell you with being quite certain that these evaulations are completely unrealistic and over-inflated.

Automated appraisals are crap, they're designed to make you spend your money regging names you shouldn't be.

They are worth $5-15 at present, until the final dregs of the premium LLL.in population are picked up.

I saw two LLL.in (all premium letters) sell for $40 each right here at Namepros, two days ago. But there's lots more of potencial, hold these domains. There are under 50 remaining LLL.in with all premium letters from the last scan! D-: But it is true there are many more decent combinations (one or two lesser value or non-premium letters as we know it.) still unregistered, although I believe those will be bought out eventually. But also remember that different letters may be considered premium in different parts of the world, such as India. Some people report that their supposedly non-premium letter LLL.in get decent traffic and revenue from Asian countries. Again, the best move is to hold right now :imho:. That is what I am doing.

And as the members said, don't let the automated appraisals mislead you. These domains unfortunately will probably never be worth as much as that wholesale, except perhaps to the keenest end-users.

Here is a thread from www.INF with a pretty accurate list of .in sales. You can get an idea what LLL.in have sold for, $60 to $2,500.These figures would be more realistic. I doubt you could get $10,000 for any .in right now. :
