MGTY.com is maybe low to mid $xx. It's quite likely over the next 5 years 4 letter .com's will become much more expensive. They certainly won't go down in price so you may aswell keep it instead of getting $20-40 bucks for it now.

The other ones are all trademark issues. If you develop them it's most likely the owners of Zune will tell you to hand them over.
