Your wildly diverse offers might well be due to some people thinking it's a NNN and others thinking it's a NLN. It looks, immediately, like a NNN and can fool even an old-time domainer for a little while... but it's a NLN, right? Use a lower case 'o' if it is and that will clear up any confusion, at least in the appraisals here.
As 4o4.com I'd appraise:
reseller = in the higher ranges, due to it having very nice quality characters for a CCC; two repeating numbers, both of them that nice even 4, and a real nice 'o' in the middle makes it look great; probably around 500 - 800 or more, even for a reseller.
end user = depending on many factors, as you know, but probably at least 1K and possibly double or triple that. Like I said, it's very nice looking and if it catches a few eyes then my appraisal amounts might be very underestimated.

This is all, of course, assuming it's a NLN and you didn't typo a NNN, which would be worth many, many times my above estimates.
