I need a header (preferably w/ logo) for http://shirtoholic.com.
Prize: $40 via paypal and a link to your site from http://melen.net (PR5) for 1+ month(s).
Requirements: 845x150 (plus/minus 10pixels)
Should have links to: Home, About, Contact, Suggest An Idea, Partnership, FAQ ("Suggest An Idea" is optional)
Should be graphical and be t-shirt and/or drinking related
There is no color scheme, please use your imagination .
The image should be good quality JPG or you can just give it to me in PSD.

Not paid

Its been several months and i have still not been paid. If you view the website you will notice that my winning header is being used.
I advice to anyone who plans to or is designing for this person to be aware that you will most likely not be paid.

More advice would be to watermark your submissions and get your $$ before you hand over the files.
