I have to pay my ebay fees! Which is now at $400, and I have 48 hours!!!! So I'm selling 4 of my websites for $700! , I don't want to do this but I have to!!!!

Which was a PPc search engine, but now is a site submission site!

Which is an automated website that sells html protection, spam prevention software, and more!

You need to learn the concept of an auction. If you choose to put something up for auction on eBay with no reserve price, you are obligated to sell it! According to these links, there are 2 people who previously won your auctions for the gmail invitation site, one of whom you tried to charge $3500 for shipping.

Then just recently it appears that this site was auctioned again and it has only been 3 days since that auction ended.

If you are not willing to sell an item at the final bid price and you have no reserve, then you should stay away from eBay!
I would NOT but from this person. There are 2 people on eBay who should have legal claim to the site he is trying to sell, since selling and bidding are considered binding contracts. This is my warning to everyone.

You have not contacted them personally!

1) They aciddentally; according to them bidded on the site on the basics that they thought it had a "reserve price" exceeding $5,000!

2) And they don't want to pay their winning bid!! Don't always believe what you read!

Also I have told ebay to create a new account for me! Due to people trying to get money via paypal/leaving negative fedback!
