The site was recently redeveloped and is growing with regards to traffic, but is still not strong enough to sell the site based on traffic stats. Getting the traffic up however is an easy task as there are so many free ways to advertise this site to the Community, this can be done via forums, advertising on the main Joomla Site via news and linking to other related community sites. The only means of earning that has been generated from the site is through link sales, as the site is a PR5, I was charging $50 a month for site wide links and in December the site earned $450.
