Established 4 letter domain and site for sale! Brandable...

I intended to develop this site but for some reason I just can't build up the interest.

The site is pretty much completed.

The site is www.ujak.com and it is running the following script:

As you can see on the home page it is just a search no other links like the advertising links etc... I didn't intend to add this until the site was receiving traffic.

Any how most of the site is complete and it can stay on my server for a month for you to transfer it over. (would take much to transfer it)

The domain is still good for just over 10 months.

The domain name itself is very brandable as most terms that begin with "u" "e" etc... are...

It is only 4 letters and is very easy to remember.

I am looking for $225 which is basically recovering my cost. I can accept paypal or any major credit through my merchant.
