For sale is www.ujak.com a 100% uniquely designed website. Yes even the binoculars are 100% unique and have been designed for this site.
The site is a directory search using the dmoz index. The script the site is using grabs the feed live so your results are as fresh as dmoz.
I have also add a unique feature for the site users. if you go to:
www.ujak.com and search for a keyword you will notice on the right side of the header is a link saying definition. When the user clicks this it will take them to a new page on dictionary.com giving the definition of there search term.
The great thing about this site is the domain name for one is a simple 4 letter domain with catchy sound and slogan. Another great thing about this site is you don't have to worry a whole lot about maintaining a database of search results.
How do you make money? Simple advertising. You can implement a ppc system, banner advertising or a 3rd party banner deliver which is what I have set up right now. I am using cj.com smart zone settings to deliver banner ads. If you go to the site and browse categories or do a search you will see the banners near the top.
Also built in the script is the amazon affiliate program which you can turn off or on. Right now it is off.
Right now I have the site linked on a site with a high page rank and indexed by google every day so the results will start to show soon for the site.
I have own this domain/site for a while but haven't been able to do much with it so I just finished it off and is now ready for a new owner.
Included in the sale is:
- the domain name which I will renew for another year
- the 100% unique proffessionally design
- the source script which are free however I will provide you the location of the script so you can get support and updates etc...
The stats aren't much to talk about. roughly 30-50 per month but usually invloves search bots etc...
The site will need to be moved to your server and I can assist as long as it is unix/linux with cpanel or plesk.
