These are three villages (Skiing) in the European Alps - 3 sister villages in France, Italy and Switzerland.

www.saint-oyens.ch is a developed site, though the name has no overture and wordtracker. Also, according to wikipedia population is just 237, don't know if it is a popular tourist destination or not wikipedia entry is very small, if it isn't then i am afraid it s not worth much but still you can try contacting some local residents to seeif anyone of them is interested in buying this name off you.
