Did not realize it Sav.com - ICANN accredited registrar with 4.5 star rating on Trust Pilot has 4% domain name auctions and for sale landers.

This is in line with my prediction that the industry is moving towards 1% fee. I think Escrow.com might be interested in rolling it out, or some other entity.
