That depends on what it is that you are designing.

For example, if you are designing 3D Websites, and that will be the accurate description of your service, then the domain name 3dwebsites. whatever would be your perfect domain name.

Yup, have to agree with exsedo depends on what you will use the site for

Its also on the homepage

Yeah, Stephen has had this in the pipeline for a while now, submit your top 10 names with reserves if you want your names in...

With 25,600 3D names currently for sale at Sedo, which are very unlikely to be found, this is a brilliant idea.
I'm surprised that one of the big auction sites haven't come up with the idea yet.

The market for 3d is really hot, I view a research from a friend, and I notice the price the following domains:

3dshow.com 5000
3ddvd.com 10000
3dtechnics.com 2000

The better 3d names are bought up so here is a domainer question about second-best domains:

what is better in hyphenation?

3-d + keyword
3d- + keyword

and of course the third choice, should I say 3d choice, is

3-d- + keyword

It's a interesting question. I know US domainers do not like hyphens and they don't sell as well, but some endusers prefer them, depending on language.

I found a nice 3d term the other day where 3-d + keyword was taken but not the unhyphenated version, something of a bingo.

Hey Carob

I prefer 3D-Games.com, rather that 3-DGames.com, I think it's a lot easier on the eye and is a natural fit. I just dont like the "DG" next to each other in 3-DGames.com, I think it looks awkward and if you think about it, the "3D" is one "word or abbreviation" and Games is one word, so its make sense to have the hyphen in between the 2.

Just my opinion though

I think I submitted mine on Thursday last week...haven't heard anything yet?

Stephen did say he had a "lot" of names to go through.
