How this domain 358.com is pending delete is beyond me. Being at Enom of course I had expected this to be auctioned at Namejet, but it wasn't.

Which backorder system will get this we don't know, most likely DC or SN... How much do you think the buyer will pay?

I don't mean to disappoint you, but I've read the court papers to write the article about the trademark case that someone posted above and I can say with absolute certainty that there is no connection between that and the money laundering case, which has been ongoing for quite some time now.

The people that used to run the casinos at 358.com were not real casino operators, but rather what in the gambling industry people call "deposit only casinos" as if by any chance players ended up winning, they didn't get paid.

Did anyone notice what happened to 359.com? This was part of the same scandal as 358 but 359 expired later.

Network Solutions held 359 in client hold and against ICANN rules they renewed for another year. The domain has quietly been sold.

This is a pattern with this registrar. They've held many domains in client hold to their benefit. I've launched a complaint with ICANN.
