$35 Banner Contest...Paypal

Hi guys,
I had some great designs for my last contest for Delicious Soaps and would love to do another. I am able to offer more this time, $35 for a Banner Header to go over my new site. If anyone remembers from my last request I had a fragrance shop that closed last summer. But I would like to expand my presence on the web. Unlike Delicious Soaps which is more of a "line" that I will carry, my shop Exotic Essense encompasses all that I do which is make and sell perfumes and custom blended aromatherapy oils and lotions, soaps, etc. and even a little bit of silver jewelry.

I would like a striking header to go at the top of the page of my website. The style does not have to be like the Delicious Soaps logo. This is a fresh start. I envision something hippie like, but modern. Hippie with a twist. But I'm not quite sure what the twist will be! You can come up with the twist!

The banner should read:
Exotic Essense Memphis and maybe list "lotions, perfumes, incense, candles, soaps" (this may change in the final banner) and a pic or two of something relevant.

This contest will be open for 2 weeks (ending September 21) but may end sooner.

Size? I'm not sure, whatever the standard banner size is. This is just something that will go at the top of a page.

i have a question: "is that your website?" or if not tell me how ur site will be looking and i might enter another submission based on ur feedback!

The pictures are not mine. I just picked a few that related to what I sell and looked like what I sell, so that you could visualize what I do. My site will look like that when I get all of my pictures taken. So in essence, yes that is what my site will look like.

Hears 2 versions, i can replace anything move anything around delete anything add anything.. So if the lady isnt positioned how you want it I can change that or anything really. Hears two versions :

JustinGFX, the yellow is just too bright. I can't even look at it for more than 2 seconds! If you can remove the lady, bring out/enhance the florals in the background and just shift things around where there is not so much empty space. There is just too much unused space in this. And I don't like jagged edge look font.

If you want to go with dark yellow go with dark yellow, but in the end it must fit in with my theme. I don't have particular colors, it just has to look good on the page.

Jaynesh, much better. Thanks. I like the additional flowers.

RS, The sparkles won't work, nor the leaves. Makes it much too teen like or disco(?) for my site. But I like the look it's just not for me. Also, I finally figured out that font! Isn't it the pepsi or coke font?

It's not a wow, it's a "oh, that's pretty too" You could work it some more certainly. I've got plenty of time over here

No. It's now more like, "what is that christmas tree doing in there?"
The christmas tree in the middle makes the flowers look like snowflakes. But then you see butterflies.

JustinGFX, I don't know what to say. It's not there yet. Why the ladies in the lounge chair? And everything looks splotchy. It's like not a lot of thought went into it and you're just playing around.
